Our Order Process
A practical activewear order, production and logistics flow from inquiry to store delivery. Exact shipping and customs responsibilities depend on the agreed Incoterm.
01 / Inquiry to Approval1
Inquiry, quotation, sampling and approval
Buyer sends product requirements. GENY YOGA reviews the details and provides a quotation. Development sample is prepared, reviewed for fit, fabric, color and workmanship, then revised when required. Bulk production begins after approvals. Finished goods are inspected, then garments are packed and stored according to confirmed labels, bags, cartons, carton marks and shipment preparation requirements.
Shipment is booked and goods are loaded. Goods arrive at the destination port, the importer completes customs clearance, and products are distributed to warehouses, stores or fulfillment centers.

Finished-Goods Storage, Packing and Shipment Preparation
From sample approval to international delivery, GENY YOGA focuses on clear product identification, accurate packing and practical coordination between production, warehouse and logistics teams.
Finished-Goods Warehouse
After production and inspection, approved garments are transferred to the finished-goods warehouse. Products and cartons are identified by customer and order number, style, color, size, quantity, carton number, shipping marks and destination to reduce mixing risks.
Packing
Garments are packed according to the buyer's confirmed instructions, including hangtags, brand labels, size/care/barcode labels, individual polybags, size or color assortments, master cartons, carton labels and shipping marks.
Final Inspection
Finished goods are checked against the approved sample and order specifications, including measurements, color and size, stitching, fabric appearance, logo and label placement, packing method, carton quantity and markings.
